Call for Papers
The emphasis of this conference will
be primarily on high-purity water treatment for the microelectronics
industry. The meeting will include an Executive Forum with technical
papers, training workshops, and tabletop exhibits.
We are asking each speaker to prepare a 30-minute presentation,
including a short question/answer time. Potential topics include:
n Water treatment for Semiconductor and Photovoltaic manufacture
n Nanotechnology in water treatment
n Organics, inorganics, or particles removal
n Monitoring technology development
n POU development
n System disinfection
n High-purity water and its use at the tool
n Pretreatment/Source water issues
n New developments in wafer manufacture, and their implications for water use/needs
n System expansion/upgrades
n Water reuse at semiconductor or PV plants
For consideration, a presentation title, paper description, and the name(s) and affiliations of author(s) should be submitted by August 1.
PLEASE NOTE: Before acceptance, an external peer review forum of leading industry experts will review all abstracts received. They will consider the technical merits of the proposed paper and ensure that the proposal meets our criteria of being non-commercial, educational, and technical in nature. Participants will be asked to prepare both a technical paper, as well as a Power Point presentation.
