ALL OTHER FOREIGN ....... $100.00/yr $180.00/2 years $250.00/3 years (includes air shipping) Subscription price includes free access to on-line electronic version for individual subscriptions. Free on-line access does not apply to bulk subscriptions.

Subscription Agencies: 10% discount.

ON-LINE journal ....... All subscribers to the paper edition will receive free access to the online version using their customer ID when logging in.  For those who wish to subscribe only to the on-line version, prices are $36.00/yr $64.00/ 2years $84.00/3 years (for all country locations). 

Individual Copies: Single copies (or as many as 4 shipped to the same address) will be entered beginning with the next available issue. Expiration date can be at any time. Partial-year subscription are accepted. No back-dating of subscription. No back issues can be sent with new subscriptions.

Bulk Copies: 5 or more copies shipped to same address will be shipped in bulk according to following rules.
   1. Magazines will be packaged in bulk with only one address label on outside of package.
   2. Subscription period will only expire in December of each year.
   3. Subscriptions can be entered at any time during year for start with next available issue and with expiration in December at a prorated price. 
   No back-dating of subscriptions. No back issues can be sent with new subscriptions.

Subscription Period: With issue following receipt of paid order.  No back-dating of subscription. No back issues can be sent with new subscription.

Foreign Payments: US dollars, Credit cards, or money orders, drawn on US bank

Wire transfers: Bank fees will be deducted from subscription period.

Back issues: If available, $10/ea USA, $15/ea Foreign.

Claim Policy: We only replace claimed issues if originals were not mailed or were mis-mailed as a result of our mistake, and claim is received within 6 months of publication date. We do not replace copies just because recipient claims them as missing. We are not responsible for losses in the mail, nor for copies not forwarded because of address changes.
