Abstract
Smashing Silos was the theme for the 5th annual American Water Summit (AWS) Conference that was conducted Oct. 23-24 here at the OMNI Houston Galleria Hotel. The conference was organized by Global Water Intelligence (GWI), owner of Industrial Water Treatment Journal. This article gives a brief conference overview. A future article will review some sessions.
