Ecolab buys stake in Aquatech International

MINNEAPOLIS—Ecolab Inc., the parent company of Nalco Water, has made a minority equity investment in Aquatech International. The amount of the investment has not been reported.

Evoqua to supply equipment to waste-to-energy plant

PITTSBURGH—Evoqua Water Technologies reported that it has been selected by DCO Energy LLC to provide equipment and services for a new $200 million 50 megawatt biomass/wood waste-to-energy cogeneration project being built for Procter & Gamble Co.

Microelectronics sales flat between April and May

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Global semiconductor sales changed little between April and May, according to the Semiconductor Industry Association. The trade organization reported May sales of nearly $26 billion.
