Summary of EPA Draft of Drinking Water Contaminant-Candidate List 3

Abstract
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has published a list for public review of contaminants that are presently not subject to any proposed or promulgated primary drinking water rules. These contaminants may require future regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act. The list is the third list of candidates published by the EPA since the SDWA amendments of 1996. This article will review the EPAﾒs proposals as published in the Federal Register.
